What is old becomes new again. Things are cyclical. Training, fashion, music you name it.
Take powerlifting. If you're having issues, go back to what got you there. Go back to what got you strong and what got you healthy in the first place.
Start over. Start again. Then, because you're seasoned, you can take what you know now and apply it.
