You're not going to do well at every meet. Lots of things can go wrong. Your weight cut didn't go as planned, you didn't feel your best that day, or you didn't agree with a judge.
IT HAPPENS TO EVERYONE.
You can't let your only indicator of success be your total or whether or not you PR'ed. Just because things didn't go according to plan doesn't mean that you didn't learn anything.
Think about everything you learned in those 12-14 weeks of preparation leading up to the meet.
