Don’t let them make your choices for you.
In life, in training, in relationships in anything, there are always going to be choices you will have to make. And when you make those decisions, you have to be cool with it. You're the one making the final call.
People can give you advice or tell you what they think, but at the end of the day it's up to you. It could be what jump you want to make for your next squat attempt, whether or not to deload, if you should break up with that person, or telling someone to go F themselves. Whatever it is.
It's important to listen to what your friends and mentors have to say, but at the end of the day, you're the one who is going to have to live with that decision.
It's your responsibility. It's all on you. You make the choice.
