Where did I learn the most? I learned the most from people that have been doing it for a very long time.
I've learned a lot from books and reading, however, I've learned the most from these little conversations I've had. I'm talking about those hour long gym conversations after your workout. Experiences, injuries, etc.
It's where ideas a generated. It's how people move past or don't move past stuff.
It's these conversations that teach you the nuances of powerlifting. So next time you find yourself in one of these conversations, take note.
Respect them and make sure you're paying attention.
