Feel like you're about to have a bad day? Then do everything you can in your power to change that. Do all the things that will set you up to have a good day with the best attitude possible.
Going into a training session thinking you're going to have a bad day, thinking you're unprepared, and throwing your hands up the air, is soft as baby shit.
These are all excuses.
Simply being aware of this and reframing the situation can literally change the trajectory of your day. It's all about your mindset.
