I don’t need you to remember, I will.

You have two buckets. One is the negative stuff you feel from people, and the other is the positive stuff you feel from people.

Sometimes it's lopsided, meaning you have 15 things in the negative bucket and 3 things in your positive bucket.

The trick is adjusting your brain to those three positive things. Because if you can tell yourself that those three things hold more weight than the fifteen negative things, then you're going to be in a very good spot.

BOTTOM LINE: Don't ever let the negativity outweigh the positivity.
