This all started with a handful of lifters I was coaching at a gym call Iron Empire in Dover, New Hampshire. I was still finding my way in life but I knew I wanted to help people find their strength. Most of you reading this know the rest of the story, move to Ohio, train at Westside, build the brand, move back to New Hampshire.

What started as a small group has grown into a network that is world wide. Through the ups and downs, the goal has remained the same: spread the knowledge of training and the message of being yourself no matter what others say.

Even as the brand grows older and life continues to thrown curve balls, the path remains the same. The goal remains the same. As you build something you get to watch it take shape and see how small moments, in others and yourself, alter how you or they view the world, their training, and their life. The goal still stays the same.

As with life, relationships, and training… perspectives change, but the truth persists.

And I am grateful for all you that have helped my truth to be something I am truly proud of.
