You might not like it, but it’s true.
I’m conservative for a reason.
Most people aren’t doing this as a lifelong thing. That’s just the reality. You’ve got a job and a family. You’ve got a body that needs to work in 20 years.
For most people, doing all the crazy stuff isn’t worth the risk.
So I pump the brakes on how often you compete, on supplements, and on chasing numbers you’re not ready for.
But here’s the truth:
Those numbers you see that look psychotic to you? Those people weren’t conservative. They did the wild stuff, all the stuff I tell most people to pump the brakes on.
That’s how those numbers were posted. You can’t put a saddle on a mustang. Some people are wired different. It's just the way it is.
Here’s how to tell which one you are.
If you’re asking “should I do this or that?”, you probably shouldn’t do it. If you don’t think twice, you’re probably in the crazy category.
For every crazy person putting up those numbers, there are 100 people who tried the same thing and messed themselves up.
You don’t see those people. They aren’t posting lifts anymore.
