No One’s Coming to Save Me.
A raw look at where things stand.
This was easily one of the most frustrating training sessions I’ve had in a long time. Still can’t walk right. Same pain as 12 weeks ago. The only real progress? I could lunge with a wide step, which is weirdly promising.
I walked the Sanddune trying to fix my gait and see what I had left in the tank. Backwards sled drags weren’t really an option—my knee couldn’t handle the pressure yet.
Anything that involves internal or external rotation with my knee flexed = pain.
I’m talking with my surgeon about the possibility of a knee replacement. I don’t want to go that route—but we'll see.
Trying to keep my head down, stay consistent, and hopefully find a solution and a way forward.
