NO brace. Had the MRI. Cleared to do some pressing.
Even though I've been cleared to do some pressing, I have to be pretty careful with it. I've been doing a lot of reverse band pressing, single-ply shirt work, and I was also able to deadlift.
ALL IN ALL, THINGS HAVE BEEN TURNING FOR THE BETTER.

Things I'm hyperaware and conscious of right now:
- The loading of the tricep
- The angle
- How far I'm taking my bench press
- How much I'm pushing
