Gear up for a leg day. We're bringing you two squat builder supersets to pump the blood into those legs. Two superset, four exercises. Time to take your squat to a new level.
SUPERSET 1:

Heavy Banded 1/4 Squats (in the Belt Squat Machine):
- Provides traction on the hips, effectively hitting the quads.
- Great for building strength in the top end of the squat.

Elevated Heel Goblet Squat:
- Works full range of motion, biases the knees forward, and targets the adductors.
- Forces a lot of blood into the quads for maximum pump.
SUPERSET 2:

Slide Lunges:
- Targets the adductors and works on stabilization in the hips.
- Improves hip stability, crucial for overall strength and balance.

On-the-toe Leg Presses:
- Focuses on getting deep in the squat, maximizing muscle engagement.
- Drives through the heels for optimal performance and gains.
