Master Leg Day With These 2 Supersets

TIME TO CRUSH LEG DAY ⛓️

Gear up for a leg day. We're bringing you two squat builder supersets to pump the blood into those legs. Two superset, four exercises. Time to take your squat to a new level.

 

SUPERSET 1:

  • Heavy Banded 1/4 Squats (in the Belt Squat Machine):

    • Provides traction on the hips, effectively hitting the quads.
    • Great for building strength in the top end of the squat.
  • Elevated Heel Goblet Squat:

    • Works full range of motion, biases the knees forward, and targets the adductors.
    • Forces a lot of blood into the quads for maximum pump.

SUPERSET 2:

  • Slide Lunges:

    • Targets the adductors and works on stabilization in the hips.
    • Improves hip stability, crucial for overall strength and balance.
  • On-the-toe Leg Presses:

    • Focuses on getting deep in the squat, maximizing muscle engagement.
    • Drives through the heels for optimal performance and gains.
