Last Friday I tweaked my back on a squat. I'm still feeling pretty rough. This is when you have to shift your perspective from being pissed off and feeling sorry for yourself, to taking action and solving the issue.
I'm talking about asking yourself, "How did this get so messed up" to "How can I fix this right now?" That's it.
Ruminating on what happened to you or how you got injured is going to do absolutely nothing for you. If anything it's going to make things worse because you're stuck.
Ask yourself: What can I do with this problem to make it go away?
