Your best decision is your best decision.
People are always stressing about decisions. Training, social situations, work, etc. Whatever it is. But here's the thing. As long as you're making your decisions based on what you think is right, you're on the right track.
Yeah, things won't work out perfect with every single decision you make, but you did what you thought was right in the moment. And that's all you can do.
If you think it's right to stand up to your boss based on your moral code, then that's what you do. Even if that means you get fired, you made a decision based on what you believe in.
The point here is to not stress on the decisions you make. Try to make decisions that you believe are the right call, then go from there. Sticking to this will make your life a whole lot easier and less stressful.
Do what you think is right, then move on.
