INGREDIENTS
Ground Beef
Rice
Pickles
Mayo
Ketchup
Mustard
Apple cider vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Optional:
White onions for caramelizing or mincing
Butter
Balsamic vinegar
Cheese

DIRECTIONS
Brown ground beef and season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
While that is cooking, whip up your special sauce. I don’t have exact measurements for this, but I would guess I used 2 parts mayo for 1 part ketchup and 1 part mustard. For example, if I used 2 tablespoons of mayo, use 1 tablespoon each of ketchup and mustard. Add one capful of ACV and whisk until it looks to be about the color shown in the video.
In a big bowl, layer cooked rice, ground beef, caramelized onions (if you included them), diced pickles and drizzle with that special sauce.
Optional items - this basic bowl is elevated by the inclusion of caramelized onions (instructions on how to above) or minced onions. We have also added cheese before but it is not vital to the success of the dish.
