If you wanna be loud, you gotta let them be loud too.
Having an opinion is good. Having a strong opinion is even better. But if you want to be loud about it, you’ve got to accept that others will be loud right back.
This is true in training, life, and everything in between. If you feel strongly about something, chances are there’s someone on the opposite side of the fence who feels just as strongly. That’s what fairness looks like.
So don’t shy away from standing up for what you believe in—but don’t try to silence anyone else either. If you want to play the game, you’ve got to play by the rules.
